In case of damaged parcel:
* If you notice any damage to the box or the shipment, please don't accept the parcel.
* To report a damage parcel, please contact us.
* We will follow up and file a "damage claim" with the carrier.

SHIPPING
- All orders are processed can shipped within 1 business day.
- The tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail when items are shipped.
- Local pick up is available. Please email for arrangements.
- International Buyers are responsible for duties of their countries.
- International buyers: If you use USPS please be informed that USPS has neither tracking nor insurance for your packages outside of USA. We will not be held responsible of your package if anything wrong happened with the packages outside of USA..
- We can also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico for an additional fee.

RETURN & REFUND
- We will accept returns for items that were posted with incorrect information and/or wrong item shipped.
- Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs with insurance unless it is a warranty issue.
- RMA is required for all returns; please email us with any problems.
- Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
