Up for your consideration antique Imperial Russian enameled kovsh
made by one of the most famous Russian silversmith Pavel Ovchinnikov. The
company was established in 1853, later became the official supplier of the Imperial
Court (Russian eagle mark) and was closed after the 1917 revolution. The kovsh
is made of 84 gilded silver and decorated with polychrome cloisonné enamel. The
kovsh is marked on the bottom for Moscow 84 silver, corresponding to the period
of 1908-1917, Imperial warrant (eagle) and P.Ovchinnikov signature. Excellent condition
consistent with age and use. Please, look at the photos as they are part of the
