Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a lemon-scented herb that comes from the same family as mint. The herb is native to Europe, North Africa, and West Asia, but it’s grown around the world.

What does Lemon Balm Leaf Tea taste like?
The tea made from the dried lemon balm tastes less bright than the fresh herb by itself. It's still slightly sweet and balmy. It does taste lemony, and less like an herb but more like a dried flower, along the lines of chamomile.

How to use/consume Dried Lemon Balm Leaves?

Tea:
Pour 200ml - 250ml ounces of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of crumbled leaves. Steep for about 10 minutes (more or less to taste), strain and enjoy.

Infusion:
2 tbsp. herb is boiled for 2 hours with 500 ml of boiling water. Drink 150 ml 3 times a day.

Other Uses:
Can be used to make natural soaps, lemon balm tincture with alcohol, etc..

NOTE:
