	All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Pick-up is available at our Deer Park warehouse. At check out, you can select pick-up option. Note: a Photo ID is required and the name has to match with PayPal purchaser details. Deer Park warehouse located at 16 Zacara Court, Deer Park VIC 3023. Mon-Fri 10am-3pm. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require loner delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track it to track the delivery status of your order. We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location. We aim to dispatch all products within two working days after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, items will be taken back to a local depot. A calling card will be left at the delivery address, containing all relevant contact details. You will need to call to arrange to pick up at the depot. A re-delivery time can be arranged however additional charges may apply. Where possible, we recommend using a work address or an address where there will be someone present to sign off the delivery.
