Return Policy:
Due to the nature of custom made / personalized products, we are unable to accept returns. If your product is faulty, arrives damaged, or there is an error made by us, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we are willing to replace it for free. The buyer will have to send us back the faulty product (in new and unused condition) within 14 days, then we will send you a replacement. However the buyer is responsible for the postage when you send the item back to us.
