About Burdock Roots (Arctium Lappa):
Burock root (or gobo root), scientifically referred to as arctium lappa, has been used for centuries in Europe, North America and Asia as a natural blood purifier, mild diuretic and digestive treatment.

How to use/consume Dried Burdock Roots?

Tea/Infusion: 
1 tablespoon of roots is boiled for 10 minutes in 500 ml of water, covered, strain, drink 4 times a day in 100 ml before meals.

Extract Recipe: 
1 tablespoon of the herb is poured with 400 ml. boiling water, leave overnight and strain (dose for one day).

Externally:
Boil 1 tablespoon for 30 minutes in 400 ml of water. Used for gargling, paws, hair washing, etc.

For hair loss: 
10% extract in olive oil.

Iced Burdock Tea: 
Add two teaspoons of dried root to cold water. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or for as long as desired.
