DLY0 Series Jaw Type Electromagnetic Clutch

The main purpose

       The DLY0 series electromagnetic clutch is a tooth embedded electromagnetic clutch with slip ring positioning. It is mainly used in mechanical transmission systems. When the active part is running, the active part and the driven part can be combined at a certain position, which increases the transmission accuracy and achieves the purpose of positioning and torque transmission. It is widely used in metal processing machinery, metallurgical steel rolling machinery, packaging machinery, medical machinery, food processing machinery, textile printing and dyeing machinery, papermaking machinery, precision machine tools and other industries to achieve functions such as clutching, reversing, shifting, braking, and positioning.

Working conditions

1. The ambient air temperature is -5℃--+40℃.

2. In a non-explosive medium, and there is no gas and conductive dust that can corrode metals and damage insulation.

3. The clutch needs to work with lubricating oil.

4. The voltage fluctuation of the clutch coil does not exceed +5% and -15% of the rated voltage.

5. The altitude of the clutch installation site does not exceed 2000 meters.

installation

1. Check that there should be no oil stains and debris on the friction plate before installation;

2. It should be axially fixed during installation. For example, the coaxiality should be kept at level 9 for split shaft installation;

3. After the friction plate is worn, the air gap δ should be adjusted.

The method is: loosen the screw on the adjusting female, turn the adjusting female, make δ reach the specified value in the table when the power is on, and then tighten the screw.
