and Packing is included in the price. Most items are shipped within
24hrs with Royal Main first class; however, some items can be within 3 days.
Shipping to UK only. If outside of UK, please message for an enquiry. All
customers should expect to receive their orders within 2-3 days maximum. If
goods have not been delivered after 3 days, please contact us and we will be
able to advise you of remedial action.
Payment: Payment
for item must be made within 7 days of sale or a dispute will be opened.
Messages: We
always respond to messages as promptly as possible. Messages sent when we are
out of office evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays may not be answered until we
return so do not think you are being ignored!
30 Day Returns/ Warranty: Items
must be returned in a resaleable condition. Any parts returned under warranty
will not be exchanged /refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped. If a
part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will only give a refund or
replacement once we have received the old item back and tested it. If a part
number is supplied by the customer and is found to be the incorrect part
number, postage will be charged again for return part to be
dispatched. All damages/ shortages/ incorrect parts must be reported
to us on receipt of goods. Any parts that become surplus to requirements, a
re-stocking fee will be charged (plus all postage fees).
Design: This is a
registered design protected by the UK Patent office. Please do not copy our
designs or we will take legal action if necessary.
