Same day despatch if bought before 3pm Monday-Friday
Our Policy ....
Despatch : We despatch twice daily on Mondays-Fridays, items bought after our cut off time which is 3pm are sent the following morning.
Items bought after 9am are sent that afternoon in the 3.45pm collection. Saturday Morning's we must leave to get the only collection of the day at 10.30am -
I can't leave it any longer or we will miss that one and only saturday collection which is at 10.55am.
Items : We want all our buyers to be happy! And treat them in a way we ourselves would like to be treated. All items that are
unsealed are checked before despatch - we do not and will not send any item that we would not like to be on the receiving end of!
All of our items are brand new, and bought from reputable wholesalers, direct from the brand themselves or trade shows.
None of our items are bought from auctions or other online sellers - this way we know and can guarantee authenticty and shelf life of all our stock.
Photo's : Where possible we will use stock photo's where we have been given permission to use. We also use our own photo's - I realise i am not very good at this LOL
Please remember that monitor settings vary and items on a screen and real life can obviously differ - If you would like more photo's - Please Ask!Items damaged in transit : It is our policy to ask for photo's showing any damage that has occured, we will also ask for photo's of the packaging too.
Items lost in transit : We follow up all claims for non-receipt with Royal Mail either by Twitter or phone calls and/or emails.
Sadly there is some ebay buyers who seem to think everything is free on ebay - to which it is'nt!
Ebay encourage ALL sellers to use the REPORT BUYER feature on ALL claims of non-receipt so they themselves can follow patterns of specific buyers
who abuse the system - we do use this feature - We also pass other findings to both. Ebay and Royal Mail. and they will 'flag' the address/accounts involved.
