LARGE VINTAGE 1940'S STERLING

ELGIN AMERICAN COMPACT

Illinois, c.1940, wonderfully designed large round silver hinged powder compact with mirror depicts etched 1940's lady with rose gold gilt face and yellow gold gilt hair with bow, inside puff reads "ELGIN AMERICAN", hinge marked "STERLING", approx. 3-3/4 X 3/8 in., clean mirror, good condition, unique.
