Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time on weekend and public holidays. Items are generally dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced, unless a replacement is unavailable, in which case money will be refunded. We must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item : Please check your order before signing for it, and if the item is damaged refuse to accept it from the courier. Should you wish to return an item, please ensure that the returns slip (attached to your delivery note) is completed, as we are unable to process returns without this information.
