Item condition: I do my best to accurately describe the condition of everything I sell.  Please review the pictures carefully as they are part of the listing description.  Pre-owned items are sold “as is.”  Please note that I am not a professional grader or appraiser; I describe items to the best of my ability but you should perform your own inspection of the item based on the information provided.  Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have questions or would like to see more pictures! 

Shipping:  I strive to ship within one business day of receiving payment.  I’m a collector too, and I properly package all my items using materials to ensure they arrive safely to you.  I know shipping can be expensive, so I strive to provide as economical of shipping options as I can.  Local pickup is always available if you're in the Milwaukee area – just email me before purchase if you’d like this option.  Items that ship priority include $50 insurance, and you agree to cooperate in the rare instance something does get damaged by providing photos and/or proof of loss.  If an item is listed with free shipping, the offer applies to the continental U.S. only.  All others please contact me first. 

New buyers:  Due to several unpaid item cases, anyone whose account is less than 6 months old or who has less than ten positive feedback ratings, please contact me before bidding so that I can verify you’re a real person and intend to carry through with the transaction.  I reserve the right to cancel your bid if you don’t.  A bid is an agreement to purchase the item, so in the event of a cancellation, the next-highest bidder will win the auction.

Cancellations: PayPal/eBay have a draconian policy where they will still charge a fee if a buyer cancels an order after they pay. I will generally honor cancellation requests made before you pay, but if you request to cancel an order after paying, I reserve the right to deny the request or to issue only a partial refund to cover the fee. Please make sure you want the item before you buy!
