All socks are inspected twice. Once from the manufacturer, and another time locally from the HQ before despatching in a carefully packaged parcel.
If you find any manufacture defects, please take a photo and send us message to investigate and offer a possible refund.
Given the nature of socks being a personal wearable item, no returns / refunds can be accepted for a change of mind or incorrect order of the size.
