The discs have light wear but are guaranteed to play perfectly. The outer slipcase has some wear, especially at the corners and edges.
The DVD is region coded 0 to play worldwide, but with an NTSC frame rate. NTSC is the frame rate used in the US, Canada, Japan, and many other countries. If you are unsure if your area uses NTSC feel free to drop me a line and ask.
