Authenticity Guaranteed & Warranty:
All timepieces are thoroughly checked by one of our in-house luxury watch specialist and our in-house certified CW21 watchmaker before making any purchase or allowing any trade in. After the watch is purchased, it goes through a complete overhaul service to factory specifications with our in-house certified CW21 watchmaker using only genuine factory parts. All watches are then pressure tested and timed to factory specifications before putting them on the market for resell. Every timepiece comes with a 2 year warranty upon purchase.Time Source Jewelers guarantees the authenticity of every watch we sell or your money back.
Shipping Policy:
Domestic Buyers: All packages will be shipped via UPS free of charge. We professionally package each and every item to protect from damage while in shipment. All packages are insured by our third party insurance company for full purchase price incase of loss or theft.
UPS Ground- Under $4,999 (UPS Second Day or UPS Next Day available for extra charge)
UPS Second Day Aire- $5,000 - $9,999 (UPS Next Day available for extra charge)
UPS Next Day Aire- Over $10,000
International Buyers: We professionaly package each and every item to protect from damage while in shipment. All packages are shipped UPS Express delivery and are insured by our third party insurance company for full purchase price incase of loss or theft. We ship worldwide with buyers being responsible for shipping charge and any custom/duties fees that might be incurred.

Return Policy:
All Items must be returned to Time Source Jewelers in the same way received with all its belongings and with the original packing. If an item is Used, Tampered, Altered Or Damaged, Time Source Jewelers reserves the right to refuse the return. Returns or exchanges are not covered unless previously agreed by Time Source Jewelers.
