We use Royal Mail Signed for service for domestic and international, Posted twice daily from London. First class/Next day accepted upto 10:00 am only. Tracking updates on your account after dispatch automatically. All items can be tracked after first delivery attempt by Royal mail normally within 3 days. Please do contact us by message if items not received within 4 days, we can track it for you.
Customer Services - Returns & Refunds
Message response prompt to within 6hrs mostly. Returns accepted for unopened and unused packaging and bottle, please do let us know for any returns and reasons by message first, we might be able to help you first. Refunds processed within 48 hrs of receiving and inspection of items.
