give a refund or replacement once we have received the old item back and tested
it. If a part number is supplied by the customer and is found to be the incorrect
part number, postage will be charged again for return part to be
dispatched. All damages/ shortages/ incorrect parts must be reported
to us on receipt of goods. Any parts that become surplus to requirements, a
re-stocking fee will be charged (plus all postage fees). Design: Any individuals or entities found to be infringing on any of our
designs will be charged with retrospective licensing fees, which could be
