 This is Mail-in REPAIR SERVICE for your defective soft top module. You pay for shipping your module to me, shipping back to you is free.

Disregard long turnaround time stated. The work will be done within 5 working days once your module arrives plus shipping time both ways.

1. Purchase repair service.
2. Ship your defective module for repair
3. I repair it and send it back to you.

After purchase you will receive e-mail and eBay message with  shipping address.
Upon arrival module will be tested on custom build computerized test bench. If indeed broken, i will determine defect
and repair it. After repair module will be subjected to sequential dynamic test  in which test program will run it in loops for certain period of time, testing open-close operation, roll bar operation ,diagnostic mode performance. This will expose intermittent problems and soon to fail components which ,if present ,will be repaired as well. You will receive YOUR module back in working condition and not another unit.

If it happens that you ship module for repair in perfectly working condition i will retain $300 bench fee plus
shipping cost back to you. The rest of the money will be refunded.

I cannot repair modules that has been burned, flooded (water ingress) or botched up  by previous repair attempts.
Such a modules will be send back to you at no cost. Full refund will be issued. No fix no pay. International buyers contact me first.

***WARRANTY INFORMATION***

My repairs are guaranteed for 2 years beginning on the day you received it back.

I will gladly accept all warranty claims. You will need to pay for shipping to me, and the return shipping will be at my expense.  No other charges at all.
If during warranty period module have been burned, flooded, corroded or otherwise damaged outside of normal operation conditions i will not honor warranty.
If your warranty claim is not accepted, you can either decide to get the unit repaired again of have it returned at your expense.
