New York Magazine Bill Clinton, First Lady Bill Clinton October 8, 2007

New York Magazine, with over 50 years of publication as a stand alone magazine (weekly 1968 through 2013, and bi-weekly since 2014).  Launched as a Sunday supplement in the New York Herald Tribune in the early 60's, then as a standalone weekly commencing on April 8, 1968 under the direction of Clay Felker and Milton Glaser.  Other founding key talent included Tom Wolfe, Gloria Steinem and Jimmy Breslin. Albeit for a short time, later in the history, Kurt Anderson was briefly an impactful editor-in-chief.  And Adam Moss was the longest running and most awarded and arguably the most impactful editor-in-chief of the title since Clay Felker, its first.
