The matte black Zippo pipe lighter is one of the most reliable outdoor pipe lighters, but a little vicious in the wind. The holes are drilled in the sides of the chimney, hold the zippo side ways and line up with the tobacco chamber. When you draw on the pipe, the flame will be drawn into the tobacco. This combined with the durability of a Zippo, this lighter will last.

The lighter its self is fairly basic and has only a few moving parts. With the lack of sealed fuel tank with values and other parts which can fail, Zippo just keep on going and going. A testament to reliability of design, Zippos still come with a life time warranty*. The only part which is not serviceable by your good self, is the hinge and this will be replaced (hinge only) for no cost. Just return to Zippo UK with your name, address and it will be sent back via recorded delivery to you within 8-10 weeks. We suggest you remove the insert, and when sending to Zippo write on the outside of the bag/box that the lighter has no fuel or insert and is the case only. Royal Mail has tightened restrictions on shipping lighters through the post.
