requires the use of external energy controls or may integrate with a BMS
solution. Therefore, they are more suitable for student dwellings, hotels,
YMCAs, etc.
All NC models are protected with an over-heat stat and have
built-in frost protection.
Slim Line Design: All models of TESY convectors are wall
mounted. Their extremely slim design allows you to compromise with limited room
space. They are aesthetic and have a special function for easy cleaning.
All models
are suitable for bathroom installation, subject to current regulations.

any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of
the goods provided that they are returned unopened, unused and in original
condition, together with the original packaging, within 7 days of the date of
the invoice. You must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open
them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your
address. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in
the post so advice you take out postal insurance. To cancel your order you must

Faulty
/ Damaged Items - Returns

covered by the buyer, and returned to the sellers address after confirmation
