Please Note: As the pens are new, they will need to be prepared first before use. Simply press the tip of the pen against the board and apply gentle pressure on the tip. You will start to see the white tips absorb the ink colour. Once the tip has fully absorbed the colour, they will be ready for use (about 10-15 seconds).
