Payment info: Payment due within 3 days of auction close.

Shipping info: Shipped with USPS or UPS to lower 48 only and will only ship to the address selected by customer at checkout. All orders purchased above 200$ will require a delivery signature. Tracking numbers will be provided for all auctions and will be uploaded into item transaction upon shipping.  Orders usually process 1-3 business days after payment has been received.  I ship out merchandise twice a week usually on Wednesdays and Fridays. 

• Combined Shipping: 
  Combined shipping rates for multiple items is possible but please us prior to making payment since deductions cannot made after you purchase/checkout.  
• Tracking:  
  Tracking will be provided for all purchases. Tracking will be updated on Auction Listing after shipment label has been created (1 -3 days after payment is received).  
• Insurance:
  Insurance is HIGHLY recommended on items over $100 as we are not responsible for misplaced/misdelivered/or lost items. Addition insurance for shipping can be made for any auction but you must message me prior to paying so I can calculate actual insurance fees.  
• Delivery Signature: Purchases over $200 will require a delivery signature.  

International bids:  I typically do NOT accept International bids but if you really want item, please message me prior if you want to bid and I can see if it's possible.  

Contact Seller: If you have any questions, feel free to ask my using the "contact seller" link in the upper right section of my listings.   All replies are normally given within work hours between 9am-5pm monday through friday.  Any emails sent/received after normal business hours or during the weekend will be handled the next business day!

Return policy: ALL SALES FINAL.  I am an independent seller and not a store and try to explain everything as best I can.  All auctions are sold As-is so please ask all questions and look closely at all photos.  If you need additional information or photos, please ask and I will try to answer them as best I can.  

• Know your size!  Returns will not be accepted for items that don't fit.  Please know your size in the brand you are purchasing.  If provided we will give just quick approximate measurements.  Detailed photos are also included in all auctions so refunds for items that do not fit or for minor imperfections will not be accepted. Measurements if included in the auction are approximate and can be +/- in inch here or there depending on placement of measuring tape.  Please ask for a more exact or additional measurements prior to purchasing if you need more information about fit or sizing. 
  
  
• A note about color: 

  We use daylight studio lighting which can alter brightness or tint to item- if you are worried about the exactness of the color, please message prior to purchase for any additional information.  
  
  
• Misinterpreted items: 

  We offer a 3 day return policy after item has been received by auction winner ONLY for items that have been misrepresented in listing. Returns will not be accepted for any issues regarding fit.
