Beautiful Mantova rayon/polyester short-sleeve taupe color fully lined blazer/shorts/skirt 3-piece set.  Double-breasted blazer with 1-button fastening.  Shoulder padded.  Matching lined skirt has front fabric-covered buttons closure.  Matching lined shorts has  zipper/button closure and side pockets. There are four small safety pins holes from cleaner on the waistline of the skirt and the shorts (see last picture).
