All of my Source Code Machins are offered on small pieces of the envelope for two reasons. Firstly, they are perfectly flat with Security Slits intact and secondly, so that you can clearly see they have been through the mail system. Some will have light postmarks whilst others may have no actual postmark visible. They have all been through the mail and as such, are offered as Fine Used on piece.

PLEASE NOTE: If you require further clarification, please ask but, please bear in mind, I am not on here 24/7. I do have another life away from eBay!

All invoices totalling £20 and over will only be mailed by a Fully Insured option. Therefore, please wait for my Invoice as underpayment will result in delays and payment requests.

STANDARD (Non-Tracked) mail is at the Buyer`s Risk - NOT mine. I always offer both Standard & Fully Tracked mailing options so, if you only opt for the cheaper version, you are accepting all responsibility for any Lost or Damaged mail and by purchasing from me, further agree NOT to make a claim against me.

All mailings are in Board Backed envelopes clearly marked DO NOT BEND and, when available, I use `proper` stamps.


CUSTOMS IMPORT TAXES & FEES
You, the Buyer, are solely responsible for your country`s Import Duty and Handling Fees applied by Customs and the Shipping Companies. If required to do so by UK Law, I will not misrepresent the true value of the contents of ANY package so, please do NOT ask me to do this as my refusal may offend you.

IMPORTANT 
As an on-line seller, sometimes selling high value goods and in accordance with standard Insurance Policies, I have taken legal advice on how best to deal with any suspected theft or fraud. 
In the interests of both myself, the `seller` and you, the `buyer` any issues that fall into the realm of suspected theft or fraud, will be reported to the both the Greater Manchester Police and Action Fraud: https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report_fraud
Therefore, if you do not have your own `name` on both eBay and/or Paypal, you must provide it at Point of Sale or the sale will be cancelled forthwith. A Business or Nickname is not acceptable.
The Police Report number will be sent to both eBay and PayPal for their own investigations to take place. 
Your full name and postal address (As well as my own) will be provided to the authorities in such cases were the buyer states:
1) Item was not received
2) The package arrived empty 
3) The package contained something of insignificant value (Not the actual item purchased)

RETURNS
Items returned back to me that are not the same item sold and posted to the buyer, ie: returned packages containing items of insignificant value or packages received by myself that are empty will also be reported to the Police in accordance with the requirements of all Insurance Policies.

TO PLEAD IGNORANCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE.
