* Australia Post is our main carrier.
- Unless you give “authority to leave” - a signature will be requested upon delivery, however if the customer is not home, the driver will leave a card and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for you to pick up and sign for. This will be the default procedure for most of our deliveries.
- If you “give authority to leave”, we understand that the parcel’s safety is your own responsibility.
