This is pre-owned, but is in good condition. One place that shows a small amount of wear is under the left arm (see last photo). This appears to be due to sequins from above rubbing against the fabric below when being worn. It is not highly visible and is probably even less visible when being worn.
This set is maroon with beautiful sequin flowers and vines of darker more purple color, vines accented with gold sequins, and leaves sewn in gold thread. No size is listed in the garment but it appears to be either a larger medium blouse or the smaller large size blouse (between sizes 38-42).
Included is also the chiffon sari, seven feet in length and the petticoat, which is the drawstring style and are OSFA (up to a waist of about 40"). The petticoat and inner layer of the blouse are a rayon/polyester blend and are very soft to the touch.
