Hi there, my name is Elsa, and I am the owner, designer, and founder of Pearl Lab.
My family has been running a pearl business for over 10 years, and I have had a passion for jewelry design since I was a little girl. I gained much knowledge about jewelry from my family, and after graduating from MBA program, I decided to start my own jewelry workshop.
As a Pearl Grader authorized by International Gemological Institute (the largest independent gemological laboratory worldwide), I am proudly offering the best product and most professional services to my customers.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns for refund, exchanges and cancellations for any order, including customized order.

We do not accept return or exchange requires for items received for longer than 7 days.
All jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. For all return and exchange, unless the fault is ours, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to our workshop, and the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund as well.
We offer one-year limited warranty upon receiving date of the order. We will service your jewelry for free up to one year of your purchase date, with certain exclusions and conditions. For all services, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to and from our workshop. Please make sure to contact us first before sending in any jewelry for service.
Our one-year warranty service INCLUDES:
- Fixing loose or fallen pearl(s). Please keep all parts of the broken item. We do not provide warranty for items with missing parts
- Cleaning/polishing your jewelry
- Other craftsmanship defects on a case-by-case basis
Our one-year warranty service EXCLUDES:
- Replacing lost, Damaged, stained, or scratched pearl(s). If you notice defect with the pearl upon arrival of the jewelry, please notify us within 7 days of receipt
- Damage caused by performing chores and/or physical activities while wearing your jewelry
- Damage caused by other artificial abuse
Please note, alterations (such as resize or repair) done by another jeweler will automatically void all Pearl Lab warranty. For services NOT covered under our limited warranty or if your one-year warranty window has expired, please contact us to see if we are able to repair the damage or offer partial replacement for a reasonable fee.
