  1. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
  2. Contact us via eBay message to receive your return authorization number. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label in all cases.
  3. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
  4. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
  5. To cancel an order, please contact Britain First Auto as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
