Your item is guaranteed authentic as it was handpicked by myself at the UGG Store. Should you have any problems with the boots contact me within 30 days upon receipt and I won't entertain any request thereafter. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new/unworn condition. Even if boots are worn only once we will not offer any returns. This is non negotiable.

Return shoe must be shipped the way the package was received, if the shoes box was wrapped or box in box, please return the same way. Please do not taped all over the original shoe box or stick the shipping label on the original shoe box and shipped back. If this happened, I will deduct another $10. Return will be full refund minus the original shipping.
