After the success of their 1994 album, Paradise the Band began working immediately on their next album. The band experimented with a new sound which was heavily influenced by GRUNGE which was popular during that time. It was dominated by the Wong Kui Chung's guitar, giving the band a heavier and harder edge, hence the title of the album "SOUND".
The album was recorded in Los Angeles, USA and was mixed in Vancouver, Canada. It is a finely balanced album with harder songs e.g. Corrupt The Young, Iron Monkey and Sound mixing with mellower songs e.g. Crying and Emotions.
The Band introduced this new album by doing a concert in Hong Kong Cultural Centre and was broadcast live to major shopping centres in Hong Kong. CLASSIC!
