These are OEM AKG In-Ear Head-Phones and checked with the unit comes with my Samsung S9 and cannot feel the difference and checked with earbuds in that unit and not used the ear buds comes with this ear phone so these are New Other condition, not accepted returns unless mismatch with the listing, Made in Vietnam and I have Chinese Ones also but there sound is somewhat low in the same volume setting.These are almost same quality as the unit comes with the phone.
