Bottom and especially top of spine chipped, corners frayed, other wear, staining. Pages yellowed with occasional foxing, creases, minor blemishes. Owner signature to preface page (John Howarth of Lowell, Massachusetts), stamp to a couple of pages. Spine slanted, binding has cracking in several places, remains serviceable. Good only.
