V-Belts are predominantly used in sewing machines, but can be fitted to many clutch driven motors or pulley systems

  • This is a stock size belt, typically used with stock crank pulleys which are larger than aluminum pulleys
  • These belts have additional cords in them to prevent flipping over (caused from temporary stretching of the cords). You don't want a "flexible" belt adjusted tight to prevent the problem since you will start destroying generator/alternator bearings instead of belts
