About the Paper Prints:

Each Limited Edition Fine Art Print is printed on archival presentation-quality, 260 GSM / 10 Mil, photographic paper created using the highest quality inks and archival techniques. Photographs do not do this paper substrate justice as it practically "glows" on the wall.

Our art prints are produced on acid-free papers using archival inks to guarantee that they last a lifetime without fading or loss of color. These prints include a 1" white border around the image to allow for future framing and matting, if desired.

The Story Behind the Print:

"Lt. Brown of the famed " "Tuskegee Airmen" was one of the three members of the 332nd Fighter Group to down an Me-262 jet fighter. His P-51 Mustang (named "Bunnie" after his daughter) would serve him for 68 missions and where he would eventually be awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for his bravery and skill . P-51′s of the of the 302nd Fighter Squadron of the 332nd Fighter Group were known as "Red-Tailed Angels" by the bomber crews over Europe.

The average numbers of bombers lost by Fighter Groups of the Fifteenth Air Force was 46. Although the Tuskegee Airmen legend held they never lost a bomber, the 332nd Fighter Group only lost 25 on average. The Tuskegee Airmen battled equality rights within the U.S. Armed Forces and played a significant role towards de-segregation in the U.S. military."
