We offer FREE delivery to UK MAINLAND ONLY. Please do not purchase if you are outside these areas. Please note that we do not ship to the Channel Islands or PO boxes. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. However, in some cases the delivery may be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes public and regional holidays and adverse weather conditions.
If delivery is delayed, we give you the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund or exchange for similar item where available.
As we ship either directly from our suppliers or from one of our fulfilment centres, no local pick up is available and packaging may contain advertising/logos from 3rd party companies.

✖ Returning unwanted items:
Simply return your unwanted item within 14 days from the date you receive the package, unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, your return must be in a re-sellable condition. We offer FREE returns by Free Post shipping Label (provided by us) or Courier Pickup service. Your invoice value will be refunded immediately. If you have any concerns or want to return an item please contact us in the first instance.
✖ Returning damaged items:
We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery. Where the damage is not noticeable until you open your parcel, please CONTACT US. Please inspect your goods upon delivery, and inform us of any issues within 7 days of receipt and send us the picture evidence for damaged goods. We shall cover the costs of the return, and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. If you fail to do this, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
✖ Returning faulty items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. Any faulty items within the first 14 day of receiving your package must be reported. In all cases, this item will be inspected and if it is confirmed as faulty then we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/refund). We’ll cover the costs of returning the goods to us.
If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We will return such items to the customer at the customer’s cost.
