Returns: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia is not obliged to accept returns for items purchased in error, unsuitable or are duplication's. Therefore, please select your item(s) carefully. In the unlikely event an item is damaged or broken during transit, Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia will assist the customer in the Australia Post claim process as all items dispatched domestically include insurance up to $100AUD with the option of extra cover available. All damage must be reported within forty-eight hours of receipt of goods from Australia Post. All return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer / buyer.

Manufacturer Faults: Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia has implemented stringent procedures to ensure our items are fault free. The following are considered “Manufacturer Faults/Defects” and we will not be liable for such faults:

•         Defected paint/decal alignments (includes smudges and chrome blemishes),

•         Incorrect registrations, titles or aircraft names,

•         Issues such as scratches, and defects that cannot be observed by the naked eye,

•         Loose undercarriage, antennas, wings, elevators, tail planes and aircraft balance issues.

Please note, all items dispatched are checked prior to shipment to ensure that the above are not apparent. All items are digitally marked to avoid fraudulent claims of damage.
