but is your own risk and you will not get refund if the plant being stopped  and destroyed by the customs.
what i suggest is to buy a cutting  then you might able to receive it safely.

INFORMATION TO GROW THIS PLANT: 

1) What type of soil ? It only needs  normal soil. 

                                                            2) where to grow it?   it needs to be grown indoor by the window or inside conservatory. 

                                  3) how long it takes to flower? Rooted plant  will take about 1 year.   

Fresh cutting will take about 2 years.

              4)How often to water it and how much water it needs? 

                     it is succulent plant so no need to water it everyday.

                                                it does not like the soil too wet so no need to water until the soil is dry.

                                                                        can feed with liquid plant food time to time but not too often( liquid food mix with water).

5) when this plant will flower?  in May-June.

                                                              6)what size pot ? for the begining, grow the baby plant in the small pot ( 15cm X 20cm tall).

                                         when it gets bigger and more shoots come out from soil ,

                                  its better  move to a bigger pot (25cm X 30cm tall )

  7)how to grown this plant from a fresh cutting?  

                           From a fresh cutting, it need about 4 to 5 week to get it rooted.

                                             as my experience,its not an easy job. the soil  can not be too wet or else 

                                       the leaf will rotten. if the soil is too dry the leaf might be too dry as well,

                                                 but it will not die easily. the best way to water it is to use water spray bottle.

only spray water on the top soil and the leaf.
