Before Returning any product, please contact us through the Ebay for full instructions. Returns without contacting us will not be accepted.
If buyer feel that the item they have purchased is not suitable, hey are welcome to return that but the responsibility for the return postage and packing will be on buyers we will not pay the return P&P.
All returned goods must be unused and should have original packing with all tags, and free from wear and tear. Our return department have right to refuse the refund if the goods found used.
For the returned item we have already incurred postage cost to send them out THAT AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
For items that have been offered on free post & packing a deduction of 20% of sales price will be made before refund.
