We accept payment by any of the following methods:

If you are making a bank payment, pleave leave only your exact ebay username as a reference (otherwise your payment cannot be cleared)

We offer FREE shipping for most products and metro area, however, for NT, QLD North, WA and other country area, surcharge could be required!

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday)

Pick-up is available on weekdays from 10:00 to 4:30PM and Sunday by appointment

Beyond Outdoor is not directly liable for any loss and/or damages during delivery.

Please contact with us if you not receive your order within 14 days, otherwise we can not able take action to track or communicate with our service supplier.

We understand that an order may need to be returned for a number of reasons.  Please contact us via eBay messages before sending anything back to make sure the correct procedure is followed.

1) You have changed your mind

• All Terrain Industries offers a 30-day return policy if for any reason you change your mind and would like to return a product.
• Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Any items received in damaged condition or not in original packaging will not be eligible for return. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.
• You must include the original tax invoice when you return an item.
• Upon receipt of the return you will be refunded the original purchase price excluding postage costs.
  

2) The item arrives damaged

• All items leave our Warehouse in brand new and undamaged condition.  If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with the order please contact us A.S.A.P via eBay messages.
• All claims for damaged items must be made no later than the next business day after you received your order.  Claims lodged later than this cannot be accepted.  It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage or any problems.
• Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.
• You must include the original tax invoice when you return the item.

3) The item is faulty

• All items sold at All Terrain Industries are fully backed by manufacturer warranty.
• If your item is faulty, please contact us via eBay messages so we can assist you through the correct process to have the issue resolved under the manufacturer warranty.  Depending on the manufacturer's warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs.
• If the manufacturer prefers the customer to work through us for the warranty claim, then all items must be returned to All Terrain Industries with tracked postage or courier.  Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us.  Any items received in damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.
• You must include the original tax invoice when you return an item.
