Old L Huebell Marine Clock Movement (ca1865) (Working) Dial Pan & Hands. The unit is stamped L Huebell, PATD. Oct 10 1865. 

This unit is working, the springs are good (has power to balance wheel and hammer) and there may be some rust on some of the steel components, see pics. This auction consists of the clock movement, dial pan and hands. Note: There is some wear on the dial pan. For those not familiar with marine clock movements, they operate with a balance wheel instead of a pendulum as a pendulum will not work when at sea. The eighth picture shows the balance wheel in operation.

The unit measures 2.91" between arbors and 1.42" from hand post to arbors and 1.10" from hand post to the seconds hand post.
