iPad 10.5 2017 / 10.5 (2 GEN) Charging Port comes with 3 months seller warranty which is only eligible for manufacture defects. Accidental damage done by the buyer is not covered by the warranty.

Return Policies:

{1} We Accept 14 days Returns. Buyer has to pay for Return postage. Returned item    must be new and in its original condition without installation damage or marks. Otherwise, will not be qualified for exchange or refund, no exception.

{2} If you received damage on arrival item, you must take pictures on the damages of the item and its packing box/bag, email us within 48 hours to get approval for replacement.

{3} Shipping costs is fee at the movement as a promotion. Buyer has to pay for any returned or refused shipment. Buyer will get payment back minus shipping costs.

{4} If you order the item by your own mistake, we have the rights to refuse for exchanging the item or you have to pay 20% restocking fee.
