From my personal collection:  Outer covers/cases may show minor surface wear, but but will NOT be cracked or non-functional.  Discs themselves are (at minimum) in very good condition - and ALL play flawlessly.  Some titles may be promos, be in cardboard sleeves, or have altered UPC codes.  Titles will include all original artwork/inserts, when provided.  Any quantity ships for $4.63 and includes CDs from any of my auctions!  If eBay requires payment for multiple shipping charges, I will gladly refund the overage.  Thanks for looking!
