Sealey  370W Polisher Complete With An Add-On Metal Polishing Kit
A Home Workshop Polishing Machine, suitable for polishing Smallish Sized eg Model Making, Craft Work items made out of aluminium, brass and alloys.
Supplied with our Short Version of Space Saving Spindle Adapters 

Assembly - The buyer needs to assemble the polishing kit. Tools required (not supplied) are a 19mm spanner. The machine needs to be securely fastened to the work bench prior to use. 
1. Without Spindle Adapters - The 2 x Sealey supplied polishing wheels (13mm bore) attach to the machine as is shown in the 2nd image. A 19mm Spanner (not supplied) is required. 
2. Using the Spindle Adapters. These slide over the machine's spindles / shafts and are gently tightened using the supplied allen key. Our own polishing wheels (10mm bore) as shown below screw on to the spindle adapter spiral tapered ends.

Please Note - the Motor will Run Hot. This is normal. The run time (duty cycle) is around 20-25 minutes on, allow to cool, then continue. Do Not Push Hard against the polishing wheels. This will strain the motor. Using Light Pressure with the correct polishing procedures will get satisfactory results

Safety - When polishing suitable safety glasses, gloves and dust mask (not supplied) must be worn.

Scratch Removal - If there are scratches in the item surface then a series of abrasive discs / pads (eg 500 to 2000 Grit) may need to be used first prior to the polishing process.

We send by overnight carrier and the consignment tracking number is uploaded to the buyer’s Ebay account. Please make sure there is somebody available to receive and sign for the consignment. The carrier will only attempt to deliver twice and if there is nobody there on both occasions the receiver will then have to collect from their local depot within 5 days.
