This is a brand new dog wedding dress with veil.  Body of dress is  shear ruffles over satin. Veil is white netting with a bow and a clip to clip to your pet's hair.  For best fit, measure from base of neck to base of tail.  XSmall measures 11" - 13".  Small measures 13" - 15".  Large measures 17" - 19".
