Up for auction is a foam rolling/massage ball kit consititing of the five items I have found myself using with clients most often in my ten years of being a personal trainer. There is no better way to loosen up muscles and get back the range of motion and flexibility you once possessed. Different body parts require the right tool, and this kit has them all! If you are new to rolling, you will want to start with the massage stick or the green soft foam roller. You then progress up to the balls, and finally, the green Rubber / PVC roller. Foam products have small hexagonal and round textures. The Rubber / PVC roller has two different textures for optimum muscle recovery. Screen printed "Awakened Fitness" logo. Kit also includes a mesh carrying bag.
