Delivery (*UK Customers Only)

You will receive your items within 4-5 working days of dispatch date. When your item is dispatched you will be sent an automated email notification.  We do not process the orders in the Weekend, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

In the unusual circumstances if your parcel can't be located by Royal Mail, they do not declare it lost till after 15 working days. Only after this time period will we be able to refund you the cost of your item.


Returns And Refunds

We will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please notify us before returning the item. A refund will be issued directly into the PayPal Account. We cannot cover the cost of you returning the item to us.

We will also happy to exchange the product within 7 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. A further postage cost will be applicable.

We try our best to refund/exchange ASAP but it can take up to 7 days from the day of receipt of the product by our self.
