2 FAQs for direct thermal label printer

Q: Why the printed color is so light?

A: If you are not happy with that, you can always make it darker by going to "Preferences" to increase the number in variable "Darkness"

Q: Why did the printer print some unknown codes suddenly ?

A: Please restart both printer and computer. Most internal settings will be resumed to normal.
