1: ORDERS
Goods supplied are based upon the written communication from the Customer through EBay messages. The Customer is solely responsible for determining that the ordered Goods are suitable for the purpose for which the Goods are purchased. We accept no responsibility for parts incorrectly supplied unless the engine and chassis number to properly identify the vehicle are quoted at the time of ordering.
2: RETURN OF GOODS
For any goods that are required to be returned or exchanged, please contact a member of our customer service team via eBay Messages. Please see our conditions below:
(a) Goods not required must be returned in original condition and packaging to Euro Car Parts Pty. Limited within 7 days at the expense of the purchaser.
(b) A copy of the original invoice is to be presented with any goods returned, accompanied with a reason written on the invoice why the said Goods supplied have been returned.
(c) Any Goods supplied by Euro Car Parts Pty. Limited that are returned and have been fitted, painted or damaged, will not be acceptable for return or credit.
3: NEW PARTS WARRANTY
All new parts supplied carry a 12 month warranty on parts only and all the claims has to be done through EBay messages with one of our customer service officers.
Euro Car Parts Pty Limited will not be liable for any consequential loss, damage, or loss of income because of the failure of goods sold.
4: USED PARTS WARRANTY
Euro Car Parts Pty Limited will not be liable for any consequential loss, damage, or loss of income because of the failure of goods sold unless stated here under.
Reconditioned Parts 12 months parts and labour warranty and all the claims has to be done through EBay messages with one of our customer service officers.
All used parts supplied carry a 3 month warranty on parts only and are subject to the below conditions ;
Mechanical parts
Warranty for major mechanical items will be void if there is a failure or defect caused by the following situations;
a) Improper installation or incorrect application. b) Overheating or overloading. c) Insufficient or incorrect use of oil/lubricants. d) Failure to carry out correct maintenance. e) Unauthorized repairs, alterations or dismantling. f) Misuse, neglect or accidents.
Electrical and Fuel Parts
If an item is returned as faulty, a replacement will be issued or delivered to the purchaser. Any evidence of tampering or dismantling a supplied part which is subsequently returned as faulty will void warranty.
No refunds will be issued on electrical parts.
Engines and Gearboxes
Gearboxes are quoted and sold on an exchange basis.
Engines sold are supplied as "long bare". For convenience, accessories may be left on but are not covered under warranty. It is recommended that the original accessories from the replaced Engine or Gearbox be used.
Euro Car Parts Pty Limited will not be liable for any unauthorized repairs without our written consent. Any repairs carried out without our written consent will be at the customer's own expense.
In the event of any claim being denied, Euro Car Parts Pty Limited reserves the right to recover any out of pocket expenses incurred. Reimbursement by the customer will be required prior to Euro Car Parts Pty Limited returning the unit.
In the event of any signs of malfunction, it is the customer's responsibility to cease operation and advise Euro Car Parts Pty Limited as soon as possible. Failure to comply may result in damage to your vehicle, and void any warranty.
