Officially FORD Thunderbird Licensed.  A true car collectors watch accessory for ladies or men. Ford products are rarely licensed and this has the iconic blue Ford oval logo on the face.   A polished chrome with black accents round pocket watch with the iconic Thunderbird, Thunderbird script logo and "Since 1955" on the face of the lid.   Electronic and therefore battery operated.   New battery (Renata) included and installed.  These are Japanese, NOT Chinese movements. Manufacturing date is ca. 1990. Designed by MZ Berger & Co of New York. These are no longer being made in this style and hence a vintage model watch.  VERY limited availability and seldom seen in new condition.   Inscribed on the watch's silver face "Thunderbird"  in contemporaneous style lettering  with the Ford logo in blue and a front facing early style (1950's) T-bird in yellow.)   Standard size 16(50mm diameter) pocket watch    The original 12 inch length chain in chrome with a watch finding clip at one end and a belt loop clip finding for the other end accompanies this watch. Two minor style versions: with a plain pendant bow/swing ring or a bit ornate version: see photos.   Kindly specify your preference.   All original.   All watches will be shipped with the stem in the "pulled" (out) position in order to conserve battery usage.  Upon receipt, merely set time, then push in the stem.
